Aerial Sound Bath at Ashgrove Yoga

Combining the therapeutic power of sound with the soothing experience of aerial hammocks. Gently suspended in a soft, cocoon like hammock allow your mind and body to float into a deep state of relaxation, using therapeutic instruments like crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and vocal healing creating a multi dimensional immersive experience.

Release tension, connect deeply with yourself, allow your busy mind to switch off and be guided in a meditative, restorative state, connecting mind and body on a deep level.

Pillows, blankets, cushions provided. Dress cosy and comfortable, recommend to bring an eye mask if you have one.
