Rest and retreat with myself and Su as we bring you on a transformative journey through sound, meditation and energy healing. This candle lit experience,  will allow you to rest deeply, getting a break from the busyness of life, allowing your nervous system to regulate and your body to heal in a safe, caring environment.  This is an experience not to be missed!
